- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. The sharing described in section 3 excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
